Mountgrange Heritage sales director joins PCL buying agency Aykroyd & Co

PCL buying agency Aykroyd & Co has expanded its team with two new hires from top London estate agencies.
Chloe Leefe has joined Hannah Aykroyd’s eponymous firm as director after more than ten years at Kensington-based Mountgrange Heritage, where she was sales director; her property career began at Cluttons in 2006. In her new role, she will be solely focused on advising both private clients and investors on acquisitions in RBKC.

Suzie Goodhew has also joined the team, following roles at Strutt & Parker and Harrods Estates; as associate, she will be assisting with operations, PR, marketing and business development – along with financial and legal due diligence.
The expansion is in response to “strong client demand”, said the firm.
