Hannah Aykroyd’s eponymous property acquisition firm has recruited a former Knight Frank and Savills agent to take the firm into prime South West London.
Abi Frankish started her career on the commercial side of real estate, before moving into residential. She joined the Savills graduate scheme to become a Chartered Surveyor, and spent over 13 years with the company – becoming a resi sales manager in Notting Hill and Kensington, then an Associate Director covering SW London.
Frankish has now moved to the buying side, joining PCL specialist Aykroyd & Co as a Director. She is tasked with expanding the agency’s services into Richmond, Barnes, Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth, Battersea and Clapham.
She sits alongside Aykroyd’s established team, based out of the Kensington office: Edward Towers, Chloe Leefe and Managing Director Hannah Aykroyd.
Hannah Aykroyd: “I am thrilled to welcome Abi Frankish MRICS to the Aykroyd & Co team. Due to client demand I have long wanted to extend our coverage into South West London as far too many buyers are acquiring substantial properties without proper advice and representation.
“With Abi’s professional qualifications and deep knowledge of the target areas, I know she will be best placed to open doors to those off-market gems and to carefully advise clients throughout what can be a highly emotive journey.
“With the addition of Abi this now means we are one of the largest London focused buying teams, further strengthening our position in the market.”
Abi Frankish: “I am beyond delighted to be joining the Aykroyd & Co team. I’ve followed the phenomenal results the team, with their bespoke and professional approach, has achieved over the years and it is an absolute honour to have the opportunity to work alongside them, expanding our presence into South West London.”
